We had a truly wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The home itself was stunning — beautifully designed and thoughtfully curated in a way that felt both elevated and welcoming. One of the most memorable details was the bespoke wall murals throughout the house. They added so much personality and artistry to the space and made the home feel genuinely special rather than simply decorated. You can tell a talented artist had a hand in creating an environment that feels intentional, unique, and visually beautiful. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The views are stunning. The place was so peaceful and the neighborhood so quiet. We would go for a run every evening. We enjoyed every moment. Would definitely stay again.

This place is hard to describe, not because of the house itself, but because of the feeling it leaves you with after you're home. I catch myself wishing I was back in that house, on that cliff, listening to the Pacific crash below us. Very few places in the world create that kind of pull on your soul. The home is humble and authentic - and that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s not polished resort luxury. Instead, it gives you something far more rare: the feeling that time matters and time slows down. Sitting on the cliff, laughing with friends, watching the rain move across the ocean, and hearing the waves day and night somehow became the best part of the trip. What makes this place unforgettable is how real it feels. The raw beauty of the Big Island, the slower pace of Hilo, and the endless ocean views create something that simply can’t be duplicated anywhere else. Some places are beautiful, a few stay with you after you leave. This is one of them and worth double what we paid.

We booked the house for a last minute getaway and it was everything we needed and more! Check-in was easy and the place was clean and well stocked with essentials. Host was super responsive and helpful the entire stay. The place was big enough for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable and met all of our expectations. The property was exactly as described in the listing, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Sitting on the lanai was so incredible we didn’t even sit in the living room. The property was in a spectacular location, right on the shoreline! We could feel the ocean breeze, hear the crashing waves, watch the turtles and spinning dolphins, and not hear a single urban sound the whole stay! A beautiful place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend! The rental was spotless upon arrival. Fresh linens and towels were provided, and the space felt inviting and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home with an incredible view! We spotted whales and many turtles from the Lanai! Only 45 min from Volcano National Park where we were able to see the Kilauea episode 44 eruption!! We would absolutely stay here again!

Chase’s place was above and beyond exceptional. It was well-appointed and stocked with amenities such as kitchen supplies, bathroom essentials, towels, a cooler, umbrellas, and a first-aid kit. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location with an incredible view! The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean—from the kitchen to the bathroom. The back patio was a great place to daydream. Chase, the host, was very accommodating and extremely responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic spot to stay.

Stunningly beautiful location! Saw a whale breach from the back deck. The home has been nicely remodeled and has newer furnishings (a rarity in Airbnb’s). Loved the bedding. The location is a bit remote so make sure you’re stocked up before checking in. But the spaghetti the host left for us was a lifesaver! Highly recommend!
