We can go from a beautiful sunny day to torrential sideways rain in no time! You will want the doors and windows closed when this happens. Please turn the Air Conditioning/Dehumidifier off when you leave and when you are not using it. Hawaii has the highest electricity rates in the country, so please help with this! Our entire property is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside the front gate near the street and dispose of your cigarettes afterward in the trash can. No cameras face the interior of the house. Per AirBnB rules, there are no cameras inside the house. Tampering with or shutting off the security cameras is not allowed and can end your reservation. If you fail to leave the Accommodation by the agreed check-out time, you may be held liable for the business impact and damages. Beginning one-hour after the agreed check-out time, we have the right, if you have not left the Accommodation by such time, to charge you two (2) times the average nightly rate of your Reservation, and again every twenty-four (24) hours of your overstay until you vacate the Accommodation.
